Welcome to Evie E's commission page! I specialize in creating bespoke tambour beaded and embroidery art pieces, as well as unique clothing designs tailored to your preferences. Below are the details of my commission process:

Types of Commissions: My main focus for commissions revolves around tambour beaded and embroidery art pieces, along with custom clothing creations or a mix of the two. Whether you're looking for a standalone art piece or a wearable work of art, I'm here to bring your vision to life.

Commission Process: The commission process begins with open communication between you and me. We'll collaborate to develop a plan that aligns with your vision and preferences. To initiate a commission, please use the contact form on my website to reach out to me directly. Once we agree on the final design, I'll send a contract outlining the details of the commission.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your commission slot and cover the cost of materials. The remaining 50%, along with shipping fees, is due upon completion of the piece. Payments can be made securely through the provided payment methods. Please note that the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for commissioned pieces varies depending on the complexity and size of the project. Typically, it may take at least two weeks or more to complete a piece. The exact timeframe will be determined in consultation with the commissioner.

Revisions: Once we've agreed on the final design and colors, revisions for beaded pieces are not permitted. However, adjustments can be made to fabric-based elements upon request.

Payment Deadline and Consequences: If the final 50% payment is not received within 10 business days of the completion of the commissioned piece, it is at my discretion to determine the next steps. This may include selling or repurposing the piece.
